What we collect
When you request a quote or book online we ask for your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, TV size, wall type, and any notes you add. We use that information to price and schedule your job and to contact you about it. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
How a request travels
Quote requests are sent to our inbox through an email delivery service (Resend). Online bookings are processed by our scheduling provider, which stores the booking details needed to run the appointment. We do not sell or rent your information, and we share it only with the technicians assigned to your job and the services above that handle delivery.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which records page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors, and a lightweight page-view tracker that reports which pages on this site were visited to our own business dashboard. Neither is used for advertising.
Retention
We keep quote and job records for as long as needed to honor the workmanship warranty on completed work and to meet bookkeeping obligations, then delete them. If you would like your contact details removed sooner, ask and we will do it.
