Bracket basics
Which mount fits which wall
The bracket choice matters more once the wall or ceiling gets difficult. These are the five we carry and the situations each one is built for.
Fixed mount
Holds the TV flush to the wall and locks it there: no tilt, no swing. The simplest, lowest-profile bracket when the height and angle are already right for the room, and the one we use on most Frame TV installs.
Tilt mount
Lets the top of the screen lean out from the wall so the panel faces downward by a few degrees. Most useful when a TV has to hang higher than ideal — above a tall fireplace, say — since that downward pitch cuts glare and corrects the viewing angle from seating below.
Full-motion (articulating) mount
Extends off the wall and swivels, useful for rooms with more than one seating angle: open kitchens, corner installs, or a TV that needs to turn toward a bed.
Ceiling mount
For vaulted, angled, or exposed-beam ceilings where there is no vertical wall to mount to at the right height. Needs an engineered plate matched to the ceiling pitch and tied into structure.
Motorized / remote-recessed mount
Tilts, swivels, or drops the TV into view on a remote or switch, and lets it disappear into cabinetry or up out of a fireplace opening when it’s off.

Do you mount TVs on brick, stone, or tile?
Yes, and masonry walls make up much of our schedule. Brick adds $35; uneven stone or tile adds $50. Each gets an anchor chosen for that material, set into the solid face rather than a joint.
My ceiling is vaulted or angled. Is a ceiling-mounted TV possible?
Yes, with an engineered ceiling plate matched to the slope and tied into rafters or added blocking. Ceiling work is quoted from photos before we book a time — ask when you book.
What is the largest TV you install?
We regularly mount 75", 85", 98", and 100"+ panels, including reinforced anchoring for walls that weren’t built with that much weight in mind, and a two-technician lift on everything 76" and up.
How do you hide the wires?
Two ways: in-wall concealment when the framing allows fishing a cable, or a slim paintable surface channel on masonry or when the wall can’t be fished. Ask for it when you book and it goes on the quote before we arrive.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, every mount comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty. If a bracket or anchor ever fails from how it was installed, we come back and fix it.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry business insurance on every job, and commercial clients can have a certificate of insurance emailed to their property manager or general contractor before we arrive.
