What we find behind the walls in Cedar Park
Cedar Park is a separate city on the northwest edge of the metro, straddling 183A, and the housing is largely 2000s-and-later: Buttercup Creek, Ranch at Brushy Creek, and the newer builds toward Leander. Framing is consistent, walls are drywall, and fireplaces are almost always a manufactured stone or stacked-stone veneer surround with a gas insert. We anchor through the veneer to framing and price the surface add-on by how irregular the stone is.
What distinguishes Cedar Park for us is the mix of residential large-format work and commercial jobs. The restaurants, gyms, and medical offices along Whitestone Boulevard and around the H-E-B Center send us menu-board rows, waiting-room displays, and the cabling behind them, often scheduled before opening. On the residential side, the big open-plan living rooms take 75 inch and larger panels as a matter of course. Like Round Rock, Cedar Park is a drive from our base, so we group appointments by day and quote from photos to make the one trip count.
